Cape Venacular cottage set in the secure and prestigious Bokkemanskloof
Estate.
The cottage comprises of a double volume living area, well appointed
open plan kitchen, master bedroom with queen size bed, loft bedroom and
bathroom with large shower. The cottage sleeps a total of 4 people.

The
cottage is well suited to indoor/outdoor living, with french doors
opening onto a timber deck shaded by a reed verandah with private
garden, barbeque facilities and mountain views.

The accommodation can be serviced by arrangement.

Bay is 20kms from the city centre and Waterfront, and is within 10kms
of the Constantia shopping centre and Constantia wine estates. It is
approximately 15 minutes from the cable car for Table Mountain viewing,
35 minutes from Cape Point, and about 40 minutes from the major wine
routes in Paarl, Stellenbosch and Somerset West. Many guests have
enthused on Hout Bay’s centrally situated position with respect to the
major tourist attractions of Cape Town and its environs. |

the energetic, there are walks on the Constantiaberg or Table Mountain,
horse riding, mountain biking, sea kayaking and big wave surfing. |
